ITAD is the association of all German municipal waste incineration plants and many RDF plants (more than 90 plants in total). KUMAS UMWELTNETZWERK (environmental network) was founded in 1998 as part of the high-tech campaign of the Bavarian state government. The Association for Pipe and Sewer Technology Companies (VDRK), founded in 1989 in Stuttgart, is the professional association for the pipe and sewer technology industry. It understands itself as the mouthpiece and lobby of companies in its sector.
The VDRK currently consists of more than 500 members, and the number is rising. Its main tasks include advising its members, providing specialist and legal information on pipe and sewer technology, actively cultivating the exchange of experience and promoting education and training. This also includes active participation in a wide variety of specialist organizations, ensuring fairness in dealings with customers, suppliers and competitors and maintaining contacts with authorities, associations and client organizations.
Also RAL Gütegemeinschaft Grundstücksentwässerung and BFW Bau Sachsen will be represented at the VDRK pavilion.

The Association of Local Utilities (VKU) represents the interests of the local public utility sector in Germany, which includes both supply and disposal services. The more than 1,500 member companies organized within the VKU are primarily active in the fields of energy supply, water supply and sewage, waste management, municipal cleaning, and telecommunications. With around 293,200 employees, they generated sales revenues of around €123 billion and invested around €16.4 billion in 2020. Currently, around 206 municipal companies are involved in expanding broadband networks. They invested more than €957 million per year.
