IFAT Munich accreditation

We would like to thank you for your interest in IFAT Munich and we look forward to seeing you at the trade fair and reading, seeing, or listening to your reports! It is best if you arrange your press accreditation directly online.

Online accreditation

Online accreditation for the upcoming IFAT Munich will be available from the beginning of 2024. You will then receive your free press ticket before the start of the trade fair. Please have ready the documentation you will be using as proof that you are a journalist (PDF or JPG, max. 1 MB). In case your file is bigger than 1 MB, please send it to press@messe-muenchen.de and use the subject accredition IFAT Munich 2024.

Once your information has been verified, you will receive your Print@home ticket by e-mail. You will then need to print out your ticket and bring it with you to the trade fair. Your Print@home ticket will give you free access for the entire duration of the event.

Accreditation at the venue

You will also have the option of arranging press accreditation once you get to the venue—just head to the Press Center East. Please have ready the documentation you will be using as proof that you are a journalist. The Press Center will even be open to you the day before the trade fair opens its doors.
