The IFAT Munich App—Your mobile exhibition guide
A trade fair visit that organizes itself? The IFAT Munich app makes it possible: whether you want a quick look at the hall plans, search the exhibitor, product, and application areas or the solutions directory, or find general information about the trade fair—the app offers many useful functions for your trade fair visit.
The app will be available for free download here from mid-April 2026.
Free WiFi at the trade fair
Messe München is offering free wireless Internet access (WiFi) at the trade-fair center.
Network name: messeWiFi
Please note: Availability is based on which halls, entrances, Atrium areas and other areas are being used for the fair. The reception quality depends on structures, exhibits and other sources of interference in the halls and can not be guaranteed. Bandwidth is up to 4 Mbit / sec. Download volume is limited to 400 MB per user per day.
IFAT Munich Express
Next stop: Action! Numerous live demonstrations will take place in the outdoor area of IFAT Munich. Use the IFAT Munich Express to get from A to B in comfort.

Refreshingly sustainable!
Not only innovative technologies can be found in the exhibition halls, but also drinking water fountains to keep you refreshed. Don't forget to bring your reusable bottles, which you can refill for free at the refill stations.
